EasyJet announced in a press release that will introduce the regional idiom on domestic routes during the safety instructions that are provided before departure. On the link between Milan Malpensa and Naples Capodichino, Italian and English will then be joined, in future, by Lombard and Neapolitan: in this way the passengers will already feel at home at the moment they board on an air craft. The low cost airline has indeed justified the decision with the desire to be closer to their customers’ everyday life.
The news is very curios and I can’t avoid to think what day is today: is perhaps the whole story a nice April Fool?
